This project started with a blank sheet. An already established and highly regarded actuarial company were creating a new business. They approached us to work with them on the naming, brand creation, registration and future brand management.
The client wanted the name to reflect the already established company name, but also have its own unique standing in the market.
The brief contained words like reliable, solid, and that the customer would be lead on a journey to meet their requirements.
The name Veratta is derived from the Italian via feratta meaning Iron Road. Along with the name we added the words Direct, Migrate, Support to reflect the different areas of the services provided.
